<p>3. Add cabbage and onion. Mix well and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes.</p>
<p>4. Add canned tomatoes, tomato juice, bouillon base, onion powder, and garlic powder.</p>
<p>5. Bring to a boil. Immediately adjust heat to low and cover. Allow to simmer for about 20 minutes.</p>

-Add sausage, kale, and garlic. Mix well and cook for 1-2 minutes.<br />
-Add water, chicken base, milk powder, potatoes, and bacon bits. Increase heat to high and bring to a boil.<br />
-Reduce heat to low and simmer, covered, for 20 minutes.</p>

<p>INSTRUCTIONS</p>
<p>-Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium-high heat.<br />
-Add the onions, carrots, garlic, and thyme and saute until the onions are translucent, about 5 minutes.<br />
-Add the mushroom stock, bell peppers, potato, white wine, and sugar.<br />
-Decrease the heat to medium-low. Cover and cook for about 30 minutes or until the potatoes are very soft.<br />
-Slightly cool the soup.<br />
-Use an immersion hand blender to puree the soup in the pot or you may also puree the soup in a blender or food processor until it is smooth.<br />
-If applicable, return the soup to the pot.<br />
-Add additional salt and pepper to taste.<br />
-Reheat and serve.</p>

-Add canola oil to a large pot and sautee carrots over medium-high heat for 3-4 minutes.<br />
-Add the mushrooms, garlic, and dulse flakes to the pot and cook for another 3-4 minutes.<br />
-Turn the heat down to low. Add the sake and stir to deglaze the pot.<br />
-Add the tamari and water and stir well.<br />
-Add the bouillon paste, sugar, ginger, and sesame oil and stir well.<br />
-Allow the soup to simmer for 10-15 minutes.<br />
-Ladle soup into serving bowls. Add noodles, tofu, and chives to each bowl.</p>
